SpiderSuite is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to play a significant role in establishing and growing the company’s market position within commercial real estate asset management and inspections.  We are seeking an individual who is able to join and contribute to our small team and participate in the overall growth of our company by leading revenue generation.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for entrepreneurial company
  • Generate and follow up on qualified leads
  • Run sales cycles that range from days to months
  • Assist in defining market position and influence overal strategic direction
  • Participate in regular company planning sessions

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years running successful sales cycles
  • Familiarity with enterprise cloud technology solutions highly preferred
  • Understanding of commercial real estate finance and asset management
  • Ability to work with a dynamic and quickly evolving company
  • Selling to C-level executives
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

SpiderSuite is looking for an Account Executive to play a significant role in establishing and growing the company’s market position within commercial asset management and inspections.  We are seeking an individual who is able to join and contribute to our small team and participate in the overall growth of our company by leading revenue generation.  Individuals should be self-starters and able to develop and refine sales strategies and execute upon them with limited supervision.

  • Perform Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting
  • Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence
  • Generate and follow up on unqualified and qualified leads
  • Run sales cycles that range from days to months
  • Assist and support Strategic Account Managers during sales cycles
  • Participate in regular company planning sessions

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year(s) B2C or B2B sales experience
  • Familiarity with enterprise cloud technology solutions preferred
  • Understanding of commercial finance and CMBS industry a plus
  • Experience in real estate or real estate inspections beneficial
  • Ability to work with a dynamic and quickly evolving company
  • Selling to C-level executives & ground level professionals
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with a virtual team
  • Desire to work from your home and dedication needed to unearth and close new business
